Our story

Margarita Factory in Battle Ground is one of a string of family-owned restaurants established by Jorge Castro and Betty Cantu, a brother-and-sister team. We come from a long line of celebrated restaurateurs with origins in Jalisco, Mexico.

“Family is important,” says Jorge, “and there’s nothing better than having the opportunity to turn customers into family.” When you visit with us, you can expect to be treated like a member of our family and genuine, heartfelt warmth.
